Return Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

We hope that all items in your order meet your expectations. However, it’s possible that an item might not be right for you, or that the style or color doesn’t match your expectations. In such cases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via one of the following channels:<\/p>\n

    of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by providing us detailed information of the order and the products you want to return. The request of order cancellation could be partial or whole purchase. Here lists out the required information for processing:<\/p>\n

    1. ordered on (date) \/ parcel received on (date)<\/li>\n
    2. name of purchasers \/ recipients<\/li>\n
    3. address of purchasers \/ recipients<\/li>\n
    4. items you want to return and refund \/ the entire purchase<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please note that to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>\n

      You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n

      Refund Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

      If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse the values of the products of your partial\/ entire order (depends on your request) to your original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n
