Orders & Shipping
Where are the orders shipped from?
All our Kawaii treasures are stocked in and shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany .
Which countries do you ship to?
We exclusively ship to the mainland of these European countries – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain*, Sweden!
*Territory Exceptions: Due to separate customs, VAT, and carrier regulations, the CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA are excluded from the free shipping offer. Standard international DHL rates apply to these destinations.
Will I have to pay Customs or Import Duties?
For EU Customers: No! Since we ship from within the European Union, there are no customs duties, no import taxes, and no hidden handling fees for any delivery address to the countries listed above. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Why this matters: Starting July 2026, the EU introduced a “Small Parcel Levy” on items coming from outside Europe. By buying from us, you skip those extra costs and long customs delays!
How long does a shipment take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days once we receive the orders and payments.
Delivery time depends on the country and seasons:
Germany: 2–4 days via DHL
EU countries: 4–10 days (sometimes might take longer due to seasonal shopping) via DHL International
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships out. You can watch your cute items travel to you!
How much is shipping?
Free shipping is offered for orders over €59 (post-discount subtotal). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Details of shipping fee can also be found at the page of Shipping & Payment.

Products & Stock
Are your products handmade or imported?
We carefully source our cute items from trusted suppliers and small creative studios. Some items are handmade, others are selected for their adorable design and quality. Our products are sourced mainly from Japan and South Korea
Will an item be restocked?
If something you love is out of stock, don’t worry!

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?
Just send us an email at cs@kawaiiland.eu with your order number.
We’ll guide you through the simple return process. Unfortunately, customers may be required to bear the shipping cost of return goods
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return item, refunds are processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
