We exclusively partner with DHL to deliver your orders. We gladly ship to the following countries:-
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain*, Sweden.
Free Shipping Policy
Orders over €59.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Please note:
- this threshold is calculated based on the final order subtotal after all discounts, coupons, or promotional codes have been applied.
- Shipping charges do not count toward the €59.00 minimum.
- *Territory Exceptions: Due to separate customs, VAT, and carrier regulations, the CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA are excluded from the free shipping offer. Standard international DHL rates apply to these destinations.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days once we receive the orders and payments.
Delivery time depends on the country and seasons:
Germany: 1–3 days via DHL
EU countries: 4–10 days (sometimes might take longer due to seasonal shopping) via DHL International
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships out. You can watch your cute items travel to you!
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also check your order status through the webpage of DHL tracking by entering the tracking number.

Returned Shipment
If the package cannot be delivered to you but returned to us and the courier charges us a return fee, we will unfortunately need to pass this fee back to you.
Potential Lost Shipment
If the package does not arrive before the expected delivery date, please contact us here and we will initiate an investigation with the postal service.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us here within 3 days of receiving the package, providing your order number, detailed information, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging via one of the following channels:-
